I have chosen financial inequality and its related problems in California to propose and seek the best solutions from the people in the position. The financial inequality in California has grown exponentially and the employers are only seeking the educated employees that leaves thousands unskilled labors behind. The potential solutions of this problem are to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor, create job opportunity for the helpless, the income distribution from the rich to the poor, and reducing the out of proportion earning of the highest bidders in the market.
